About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking Digital Campaign Manager with strong experience in paid media execution to support home lending business at Wells Fargo. This role, will focus on the hands-on management and execution of paid digital media campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely and efficient implementation in alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.

In this role, you will:
Execute integrated paid media campaigns across digital platforms including CTV, OLV, search, display, social media, and programmatic channels, ensuring proper setup, launch, and tracking.
Manage daily campaign operations, including ad trafficking, monitoring, and performance reporting.
Collaborate with Media and Creative agencies and internal teams to develop creative assets and implement campaigns according to pre-defined strategies and plans.
Ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards during campaign execution, working closely with the legal, compliance, and product teams.
Track campaign progress and performance, providing regular updates and detailed reports on key performance metrics such as leads impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and troubleshooting of any issues during campaign design and execution.
Maintain and organize campaign documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure seamless execution and audit readiness.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, under the direction of Paid Media Marketing Owner and analytics teams.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as DV360, SA360, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic tools.
Proven ability to manage executional details, including trafficking, QA, and delivery of paid media campaigns.
Familiarity with navigating legal and compliance requirements in a regulated industry.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with agencies and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in monitoring and reporting campaign performance.
Experience in home lending or financial services.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Familiarity working with Aprimo/ Workflow management tools

Pay Ranges:
Concord/San Francisco, California: $ 96,600- $206,100 annual base salary
Minneapolis, Minnesota: $87,000-$188,900 annual base salary

Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job.
