ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR Athletics Business Office

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clerical, secretarial, and accounting support for the Athletics Business Office that supports a first-class experience for student-athletes.
  2. Responsible for processing all order requests, invoices, and reimbursements.
  3. Review and generate purchase orders, P-Card purchases, and all payments due to vendors and contracted service providers.
  4. Review, record, and process all travel and expense reports.
  5. Assist the Assistant Director of Financial and Business Operations with ticket manager responsibilities.

Required Skills:

  1. B.A./B.S. required.
  2. One to three years of office experience preferred.
  3. Knowledge of University, NCAA, and Patriot League policies and rules.
