A Precision Medicine TechBio is seeking a CCO/CBO ahead of the product launch of their GenAI software for Personalized Health.

Role Overview:
The CCO/CBO will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the company's commercialization strategy, ensuring a successful launch of the GenAI platform, and driving sustained business growth. This individual will lead efforts in market penetration, revenue generation, business development, and sales, with a focus on establishing the firm as a leader in the personalized healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for the launch and scaling of the GenAI software platform.
    • Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
    • Ensure alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams to optimize launch impact.
  2. Market Penetration:
    • Drive market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
    • Design strategies to capture market share and establish the company as a leader in personalized healthcare solutions.
    • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in life sciences, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies.
  3. Revenue Generation:
    • Develop and manage revenue goals and financial forecasts aligned with company objectives.
    • Build pricing models and sales strategies that optimize profitability and customer adoption.
    • Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  4. Business Development:
    • Forge strategic partnerships with biotech, pharmaceutical, and healthcare organizations to enhance the platform's adoption.
    • Negotiate and secure licensing, collaboration, and distribution agreements.
    • Expand the company’s network of clients, investors, and strategic partners.
  5. Sales Leadership:
    • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team.
    • Establish sales processes, pipelines, and customer success frameworks to ensure sustained growth.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and credibility.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • MBA from a top-tier institution is required.
    • Advanced degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Proven track record of scaling and launching Generative AI solutions in the life sciences or healthcare sector.
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or commercialization leadership roles.
    • Deep understanding of the personalized healthcare market, regulatory landscape, and customer needs.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets.
