Sr. Specialist - Social Media Content Creation & Community Management (Contract) This is a contract position providing services to Nestlé in the USA through a third-party staffing services organization. If you are selected for this role, you will be an employee of a third-party staffing partner and not Nestlé in the USA. The approximate hourly pay for this position is $40/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. We are searching for a motivated self-starter who will be responsible for TikTok and Instagram content creation and social media channel management for an exciting new beverage brand. With a passion for producing engaging video and static product and lifestyle content, the ideal candidate is confident behind the camera, savvy in graphic design, hyper-creative, obsessed with social media trends, and is fired up about pioneering new creative tactics to drive engagement with Gen Z and Millennial women. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Content Creation Develop and Pitch Creative Ideas : Generate and present innovative concepts for both static design and lo-fi lifestyle video content to be published on TikTok and Instagram that strategically ladder back to brands’ overall strategy and ambition. End-to-End Content Creation : Design, produce, edit, and copywrite for all social content across TikTok and Instagram. Stay Trend-Savvy : Keep up to date with the latest trends and formats in short-form content to maintain relevance and audience appeal. Collaboration : Bring forward social led ideas and continuously collaborate closely with strategist and brand team to execute strategies. Community Management Social Listening : Perform listening across channels to identify relevant trends and opportunities for content, conversation, and gifting that allow the brand to drive engagement and relevancy. Strategy : Collaborate with brand and social team to execute the organic channel and content strategy for brands on organic social that ladder back to business goals and needs, including but not limited to an audit, measurement plan, and more. Analyze and Optimize Performance : Track content performance metrics and share continuous optimization strategies to garner more engagements, reach, followers, etc. Reporting : Deliver quarterly reports and present to key stakeholders: informing brand of overall social engagement highlights and measuring performance based on key KPIs to generate key insights and content recommendations. Executional Excellence : Monitor and moderate all social mentions of brands across social channels to identify engagement opportunities and bring relevant insights to our brands and cross functional teams. Engage real-time with consumers who interact with brand social channels in positive conversations, relevant trends and cultural conversations. Maintain organic and paid social media calendars including but not limited to copywriting, planning, scheduling, and publishing. Identify influencers who organically engage with the brand that would be a good fit for brand programs and partnerships. Optimize existing agency created assets, UGC when available to maintain active real-time presence on social channels. Secures approval and record keeping. Attend in-person events and activations to provide coverage and capture content for brand’s social media, as needed. Integrated Marketing and Cross Functional Collaboration Bring forward social-led activation ideas, and collaborate with cross-functionals to develop and execute. Partner with key stakeholders in social strategy, social intelligence, influencer/creator, experiential, PR, and agencies to brief for and plan for organic content needs and amplify activations. Own partnership with Consumer Engagement Services (customer care) team to ensure product questions and complaints are being addressed in voice and on time as well as collaborate on crisis management. Collaborate with stakeholders on legal process for social sweepstakes/contests in collaboration with the brand team. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree preferred, not required. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in content creation and social media community management representing a brand or organization. Strong content creation skills that are distinctive and reflect the brand’s strategy and voice. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and have a strong understanding of culture. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut, social media platforms – Instagram, TikTok and Video Editing knowledge required. Exceptional understanding of the social media landscape (TikTok & Instagram), online trends, and culture. Ability to synthesize data to identify insights to inform creative content and opportunities. Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills. Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, self-direction, and collaborating successfully with multiple stakeholders and teams. Exceptional understanding of the social media landscape, social trends, competitive landscape, best practices, and social analytics tools and metrics. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience using social listening (Talkwalker) and publishing tools (Sprinklr). Previous experience working with large brands and partner agencies. Beverage styling experience. Experience with CPG brands, including work with large brands and partner agencies.
