Join us in our fast-paced support to develop, advance, and sustain weapon systems for the U.S. Space Force (USSF) and its mission partners. You will be joining a team of personnel with experience and an in-depth understanding of the environments that include ground, near-space, space, and any system that operates in those environments to meet current and projected strategic, operational, and tactical needs for the Department of Defense (DoD). QinetiQ is a mission-led innovation company that works with the USSF and DoD to design, develop, field, and maintain requirements essential to national security and the survivability of the warfighter. We are seeking a Senior Configuration Manager for Financial Support. The Senior Configuration Manager for Financial Support is responsible for overseeing large volumes of program critical information for monitoring and executing financial activities of classified programs. The ideal candidate will have experience processing, receiving, tracking, coordinating, and storing large volumes of program critical information as well as demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple geographically-separated team members as required to support the mission. Responsibilities
Provide support on commitments, obligations, and expenditures of funds and perform earned value management and schedule analysis in support of program office defense contracts.
Provide planning, programming, budgeting and execution support to include congressional reporting, fiscal year planning, continuing resolution management, unfunded requirement development and submittal, end-of-year funding actions, and Program Objective Memorandum or POM development. Provide subject matter expertise in support of Integrated Baseline Reviews/Business Financial Reviews. Assist in the execution of routine business operations. Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard functional databases to support organizations in meeting mission requirements. e shaping products to deliver recommendations that enhance planning and capability. Attend and support the administration of meetings including follow-up activities. Required Qualifications
Extensive experience processing, receiving, tracking, coordinating, and storing large volumes of program-critical information. Experience coordinating and organizing multiple geographically separated team members. Highly knowledgeable and certified in Air Force records management. Understanding of how classified funding is distributed. Experience Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to identify and solve problems. Bachelors Degree 10+ years of relevant experience with subject matter expertise recognition TS SCI Eligibility; #qinetiqclearedjob Preferred Qualifications
