The anticipated salary range for this role is between $158,000.00and $183,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. As a member of the local team, conducts a role in projects and other daily activities, while as a member of expat team, catch the overall situation of the areas you are in, beyond the assigned projects, and fulfill the following 'Role Objectives'. As a member of the local team, be assigned to one or a few of the IT infrastructure areas depending on the skills and experiences. The specific role, size of the team, etc. vary depending on assigned areas. The examples of areas are: - Networks (WAN/LAN, network security, etc.) - Server hardware, OS (Windows Server, Linux, etc.), middleware (VM, DBMS, etc.), storage - End user technologies (Hardware, Desktop OS, desktop virtualization, printers, etc.) - E-Communication - email, communication tools, conference and telephone systems, etc. - Cloud architecture and overall management As a member of the expat team with around persons, conducts the roles described in 'Role Objectives'. Role Objectives

1. Liaises with Tokyo Head Office and other regions (Europe and Middle East, Asia, Oceania etc.) - grasps, reports, and responds to enquiries about the situation of IT infrastructure projects and governance in Americas and EMEA regions. Acts as a contact center for outside US. Handles situations where language support in Japanese are required, such as budgeting, global and/or large-scale projects, and collaboration on troubleshooting. 2. Participates in Americas' IT infrastructure related strategic plannings with a global governance perspective in mind. Contributes to ensure quality levels. 3. Plans and promotes joint projects and/or solutions to common issues with Japan and other regions. Qualifications and Skills

Experience and knowledge about the entire or part of the assigned areas are necessary to win the trust of the local team and accurately grasp the situation of the entire area, not only to contribute to projects in the assigned team. Bilingual communication skills with a level that can bridge the gap between the US local and Japan HO sides to accurately convey each other's intentions and help things smoothly move forward.
