Associate Event Designer (Direct Hire)

High end event planning and design company is hiring a talented Associate Event Designer to join their in-house design studio. Under the direction of a Design Director, the Associate Event Designer implements all aspects of the creative process including the design development and execution of on-brand, innovative events. In this role you will develop the event and tradeshow design, specifically in details such as composition and integration of multi-faceted components i.e. color, sound, lighting, décor, and any other relevant attributes of the creative planning process. 3-5 years of experience in an interior design-type role required. Portfolios must showcase this kind of work. This is a full remote role however candidates must be local to the Boston area to perform site visits to all selected sites for assigned client events. Must be able to work overtime, nights and weekends. Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite with Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
