The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA’s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community.

We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities.

SPA has a near term need for a IT/Facilities Support Specialist.

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage Federated Desktop Services to ensure optimal functionality and Provide support and troubleshooting for end users utilizing the Federated Desktop system.

Deliver daily IT support to the directorate, ensuring all systems, software, and hardware operate smoothly and assist with onboarding new team members by setting up IT equipment, accounts, and access.

Act as the primary interface with the Communications Directorate for procuring, managing, and deploying IT equipment along with commutation with MS&O team for facility-related needs and coordination.

Handle Tier 1 IT issues across the directorate, providing initial triage and resolution.

Support the integration of IT equipment and infrastructure in facility planning and operations.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI

Ability to sit for, and pass, a CI Polygraph

Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day IT operations and user support

Effective communication skills to interface with different directorates and resolve IT-related matters along with facility needs

Desired Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
