Job Title : Software Developer Location : Tulsa OK | Onsite Duration : Permanent Fulltime Job Description: As a Software Developer , your primary responsibility will be to define, develop, test, analyze, support, and maintain software applications in alignment with business requirements. The role also involves research, design, documentation, and software updates throughout the production lifecycle. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12 Years of relevant experience. Proficiency in PL/SQL (Packages, Functions, Procedures, SQL Loader, Scripts, DB links). Familiarity with Oracle Forms/Reports 12c, Oracle ADF 12c, or Oracle Mobile Application is preferred. Experience with Oracle APEX and database structures. Basic knowledge of relational databases and integration tools. Optional knowledge of software tools such as Jira, Serena PVCS, or similar systems. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with non-technical staff. Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a high-pressure environment. Strong Analytics and problem Solving Skills Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
