This position is hybrid and requires the individual to be onsite in the Fort Wayne, IN office at least 2 days per week. Position Summary

DMA's technology solutions include innovative software and industry-leading services that focus on effective automation of tax processes. As a key leadership role, the Project Manager is accountable for managing and coordinating resources and processes to plan, design, deliver, and maintain DMA solutions, while participating in defining the strategy for the product development team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work together with the business to scope, plan, and execute projects; ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring the projects remain on target to meet deadlines Collaborate with the product owner, subject matter experts, and clients to define the system's functional and non-functional requirements Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development Demonstrate leadership abilities to clients with the deployment of solution upgrades, enhancements, and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules Coordinate and participate in release & sprint planning Conduct daily stand-up meetings as well as quality assurance and quality control meetings Ensure that necessary documentation is prepared and published Ensure communication between distributed teams to maximize resource utilization Provide project status reports to business leadership team Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned Education and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field 5+ years' management/leadership experience Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with client support Strong understanding of quality control and quality assurance practices Hands-on experience with the software development life cycle is required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position does not qualify for employment-based sponsorship.
