Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3 broadband level (GS-13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying a mastery of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to assess an organization's acquisition programs. Expertise in analyzing complex programmatic information and synthesizing for effective stakeholder communication and leadership decision-making. Familiarity with DoD and Navy Major Defense Acquisition Policy and Regulations (5000 series). Working collaboratively with multiple program offices, business, legal, and contracting offices to develop recommendations for senior leadership consideration in solving complex acquisition program challenges. Developing and implementing Integrated Master Schedule Management using various software tools. Managing risk at a programmatic level. Innovation and strategy understanding; creative problem solving and collaborative brainstorming.
