Vice President, Risk Governance with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Jersey City, New Jersey. Monitor the division's risk posture, providing management with transparency utilizing management reporting/dashboards. Liaise with business managers within the division to develop risk remediation plans and advise on control options. Partner with other firm risk and control disciplines (e.g., Internal Audit, Operational Risk) to support the firm's overall control objectives. Drive ongoing governance initiatives to meet policy and audit standards for a division of the firm globally. Engage in initiatives related to the firm's risk management program. Perform ad-hoc analyses for senior management. Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Employer will accept bachelor's degree equivalent based on single degree, combination of degrees, certifications and or examinations, or a combination of degree(s) and professional work experience, where determined to be equivalent to U.S. bachelor's degree by a qualified credential evaluation service. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years with the following: performing internal and external audits, assessing risks and controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance experience; defining a governance roadmap, identifying key risk indicators, defining key performance indicators, and leading the control implementation; controls and risk mitigation as it relates to Enterprise Risk Management or Operational Risk; and capital markets or banking experience as it relates to internal controls over financial reporting and potential issues. Salary Range:

Annual base salary for this Jersey City, New Jersey-based position is $193,100/year - $250,000/year. Benefits:
