Overview:

The Account Supervisor, Account Management is responsible for the overall day-to-day client communications, services and deliverables, and processes for our growing branding and advertising business. This person will be a team player and liaison, working across all departments to accomplish clients’ marketing objectives with efficiency and client experience at the forefront. They will have exposure to senior-level clients, build strong, lasting client relationships, and support dynamic branding, video, and digital projects.

What you'll be doing

Serving as a day-to-day contact for clients and building trusting relationships

Conveying key milestones and progress updates to clients for all relevant projects

Maintaining thorough, sensitive, and accurate communications with the client

Obtaining client feedback and approvals on deliverables, budgets, and timelines throughout project lifecycle

Engaging in two-way communication with clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are being met while upholding agency standards and best practices

Developing strong relationships externally with client contacts and internally with fellow team members

Supporting internal teams to ensure understanding and alignment of client objectives, budget, and agreed-upon scope

Partnering with creative teams to develop strategic recommendations and advise on the output of clients’ branding, marketing, and creative initiatives

Partnering with project management team to develop project schedules, achieve deadlines, ensure accuracy of deliverables, fulfill scope of work, and optimize internal processes

Working alongside senior team members to provide project support, account details, insight on client objectives, and strategic input as needed

Possessing comprehensive understanding of internal processes related to client account management, creative development, and production, and be able to independently manage all aspects of process from kick-off to final delivery

Acquiring and demonstrating knowledge of clients’ businesses, high-level trends in clients’ industries, and other considerations that would impact the clients’ projects

Engaging with teams across Prosek (including communications, digital, and marketing) when necessary to provide insight on client work, Prophecy’s capabilities, and other information as needed

Managing multiple accounts and projects across multiple brands at various stages of a project lifecycle

Supporting the development of SOWs, EPs, RFP responses, and pitch presentations

Developing opportunities to expand current scope / account size

What makes you qualified

4-8 years of relevant account management experience

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or Communications preferred

Experience working at a creative agency in a client-facing role

Deep understanding of creative and production processes

Ability to work in a growth-focused environment

Ability to read, write, and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and documents

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to clients, agency partners, and employees within the organization

Ability to work with pace and maintain multiple project schedules

Ability to navigate a collaborative team-oriented manner and work with internal and external stakeholders of all levels

Critical thinking skills and ability to add value to processes, projects, and other team members

Strong budget, time management, and prioritization skills across multiple projects

Extreme attention to detail and high standards for output

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
