Senior Financial Analyst, Ring International Markets

Ring is looking for a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst to strengthen the international finance team at Ring in Amsterdam. You will be working with sales and marketing teams in Europe, APAC, MEA and LATAM and have stakeholders at the Ring headquarter in the US. In your role you will be managing all reporting and forecasting deliverables with the team goals to facilitate customer acquisition and retention in existing markets, as well as drive geographical, category and channel expansion. You will be part of an agile finance team of five, and together we are balancing short term profitability and long term value for Ring, Blink and Amazon. Coordinate reporting and forecasting cycles for sales and OPEX and align with regional stakeholders and corporate teams. Liaise with department heads on cost control. Ensure vendor managers request POs and register goods receipt on time, estimate monthly OPEX spend for accruals. Coordinate month end analysis to provide commentary on variances. Plan strategic three year forecast for OPEX for international markets. A day in the life

In your day-to-day business you will liaise with sales and marketing vendor managers to review OPEX spend and update latest estimates. You coordinate with finance counterparts in the US the quarterly forecast submission for international markets, and align with sales and marketing leads on targets for future periods. As you navigate ERPs (NetSuite, Oracle and Cognos) you will use advanced MS Excel techniques and Tableau to drive actionable insights on OPEX and sales. Being de facto the chief of staff, you own the calendar and coordinate deadlines for forecasting and reporting cycles between the headquarter and regions. Expect a fair share of troubleshooting to iron out inconsistencies in reporting - improvise fast when needed, work on a sustainable solution whenever possible. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science). Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses. Experience designing and implementing controls or experience performing audits over financial reporting environment. Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis. Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes. Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis. Experience working with stakeholders. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and VBA in conjunction with ERPs (for example NetSuite, Oracle, SAP). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results. Experience with cube engine tools (e.g. TM1, Cognos or Essbase), SQL and Data warehouse. Knowledge of Tableau. Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence. MBA.
