Job Description This role can sit anywhere in the US as long as it is near an Accenture Corporate Office. The Work:

Using a technical focus, collaborate with clients across diverse industries to enhance their product lifecycle management (PLM) processes and systems, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineering, as well as integration with manufacturing and supply chain operations. Design and define the software topology, environment sizing, integrations, and migrations needs as they pertain to PLM processes and systems that support the client’s business requirements. Derive technical designs and specifications from the functional designs that will be developed by a technical team. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Building:

Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain Accenture’s position as a trusted long-term advisor and partner. Lead Technical Design:

Guide the functional team and clients through the various technologies needed to support PLM capabilities and business requirements. Define Software Topology:

Utilize industry knowledge to define PLM software topology to support the client’s PLM system. Strategic Thought Leadership:

Continuously deepen your expertise in business and technology strategy to reinforce Accenture’s reputation as a thought leader in the industry. Project Management:

Oversee project management activities within the technical team. Develop project plans, manage logistics, and provide both internal and external updates. Proficiency in methodologies like Waterfall and Agile is essential. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with Accenture teams and key stakeholders to understand client requirements, owning the creation of specifications and design documents, and ensuring successful deployment of applications. Workshop Facilitation:

Lead client workshops, facilitating discussions on process improvements and technical solutions. Quality Assurance:

Ensure the delivery of high-quality work products, including traceable requirements, process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and technical specifications. Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor global functional and technical teams, including members from both Accenture and the client. PLM Solutions:

Provide technical system solutions for PLM, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Lead the technical design and architecture of solutions, reviewing and approving specifications, and conducting code reviews. Sales Support:

Manage and follow up on internal and external sales campaigns, continuously refining offerings and collateral to support the sales process. Support the entire sales cycle, from origination to closure, including proposal preparation and client presentations. Key Responsibilities in one or more of these areas: System Architecture and Environment Sizing:

Utilize software vendor software guidelines to define the hardware and software components needed to support the client environment and userbase. Integration Design:

Define the mapping, triggers, and events that will synchronize data from various systems to support data requirements. Data Migration Design:

Define and design data migration activities including identifying source systems, data types to be migrated, migration utilities for extract, transform, and load, and data validation. Data Analysis & Architecture:

Gather and analyze data to develop architectural requirements at the project level, advocating for PLM best practices, methods, and processes. Software Development:

Establish a tailored software development process that aligns with the client’s specific systems and workflows, as well as follows vendor software guidelines. Job Qualifications Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of relevant work experience). If you have an associate degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience. Experience:

10+ years of professional experience in PLM solution delivery, specifically with Teamcenter, WINDCHILL, or 3DEXPERIENCE (Teamcenter Preferred). 10+ years of experience with Engineering/Manufacturing IT systems, including ERP, PLM, MES, ALM, and QMS. 4+ years of program management experience in IT systems (Engineering/Manufacturing), including ERP, PLM, MES, and QMS.

Preferred Qualifications: Technological Expertise:

Experience with 3D visualization, AR/VR, IoT, Blockchain, compliance, and sustainability technologies. Familiarity with Propel, Aras, Oracle PLM, FlexPLM, and Centric systems. Industry Experience:

Experience in one or more of the following industries: Aerospace & Defense, Electronics & High Tech, Energy & Utilities, Automotive/Tier 1 Suppliers, Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Equipment, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail and Apparel. Methodology Knowledge:

Proficiency in Systems Implementation methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Software development with vendor software. Skills:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities through creatively thinking. Passion for working in an information systems environment. Excellent leadership, communication (both written and oral), and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership experience in either a military or civilian professional setting. Experience in proposal development. Experience managing teams of 5 or more members. Deep understanding of Web Technologies and Web Applications. Software skills in Java, JSP, Python, C++, C#, and other programming languages. Compensation at Accenture

varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
