Job Duties and Qualifications
We are expanding our iEnergy ecosystem and impact to our customers through corporate development including acquisitions, strategic alliances, partnerships, technology agreements and looking for a leader to come join an exciting opportunity in software deal making to accelerate our growth.
Expand Partner ecosystem and offerings and manage upwards of 100 Million in revenues
In concert with product and sales teams, identify partners to enable superior customer experience and outcomes for our customers. Work with legal and procurement and other functions to forge alliances business frameworks and increase offerings in plugin exchange. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and approaches with partners to maximize mutual benefits. Conduct market research, including compiling and synthesizing comparable transactions.
Drive Growth through corporate development initiatives Working with Global Corporate Development at Halliburton, advise on acquisitions, joint ventures, minority equity investments and divestitures throughout the world, including legal review and risk analysis, transaction structuring, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction agreements, signing and closing responsibilities and integration efforts. Primary responsibility for project managing in connection with transactions, including managing the efficient use of internal and external legal resources, and ensuring relevant deal information flow and appropriate coordination between legal and the other cross-functional deal team members. Financial analyses including valuation, pro forma merger scenarios, cash flow and liquidity analyses, returns analyses, through development of detailed financial and operating models. Manages and executes project integration plans to achieve End State including transitioning staff members to company benefits, payroll, policies, onboarding, developing processes and training in partnership with HR Business Partners to ensure a successful transfer of capabilities and achievement of desired business objectives. Negotiate terms and structure deals to optimize value and minimize risks.
Cultivate Alliances and Ecosystem partners to explore new opportunities and added customer value Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, proactively adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes. Complete market research and strategic fit analyses. Coordinate with various departments (e.g., IT, marketing, operations) to ensure successful integration and alignment of digital initiatives.
Experience Technologically savvy entrepreneur with at least 10 years' experience in M&A, Alliances and partnerships. Experience working with large technology companies as partners such as AWS and Microsoft. Business development experience with Managing revenues and P&L of $100 million.
Educational Requirements Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines and 12 years of energy services field experience, and detailed technical knowledge and application of products in the TBL. Significant work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from the SR.
