Job Summary
Support program needs to manage the planning for, and requirements, execution, and on-time delivery of compliant Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items. Ensure all stakeholders are in sync with program needs and executing successfully to a plan. Eliminate surprises using dashboards or reports that highlight what's coming and can produce accurate status and metrics on demand. Job Responsibilities
Supporting Data Management needs including cost estimating during the bid and proposal process Review contract data requirements and assist in establishing data schedules in accordance with requirements Identify format and submittal requirements for program deliverables Manage contract data item template creation when needed Manage the information in the CDRL Database - Ongoing tracking of data schedules Reminders to Authors to ensure on-time readiness Facilitate the peer review and document release process for all contract data items Package contract data items for on-time submissions (physical or electronic) and submit (if not done by contract administrators) Trigger invoicing as required Maintain program metrics and reporting on contract data items Manage customer portal when needed Act as liaison between functional groups Qualifications
6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Relevant experience in Product Data Management Relevant experience reviewing contractual documentation for content, obligations, and deliverables (Contract, SOW, CDRLs, and DIDs) Strong planning and organizing skills Experience contributing to multiple efforts during same time period Good understanding of engineering, contracts, or manufacturing data packages Demonstrates the ability to review data packages for non-technical requirement compliance General computer skills with developed familiarity with product data management tools Experience with MS Excel formulas, pivot table, and chart functions for data analysis and reporting Detail oriented individual Active Classified security clearance desired U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
