New York, NY Overview: The Content Operations Associate (COA) is a critical position supporting the Global Chief Content Operations Officer (CCOO). The COA will assist with administrating and coordinating meetings, special projects, and the overall flow of communication and information through the Global CCOO’s office. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, efficient, deadline-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, matrixed, digital media environment. Primary Responsibilities: Provide strategic calendar management including coordinating and supporting the Global CCOO’s schedule. Field calls and emails to the Global CCOO’s office. Assist with all internal meeting arrangements including booking rooms, technology set-up, preparation/printing of materials, coordination of attendees, etc. Manage general office administration and supplies, liaising with the Facilities team to coordinate office maintenance as necessary. Demonstrate emotional intelligence, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all matters. Coordination and preparation of presentations, meeting materials, and special projects on behalf of the Global CCOO, beginning to learn and understand the internal landscape (company culture, organizational structure, operating model, etc.), external marketplace (industry, competitors, etc.), and graphic/visual sensibility. Responsible for note-taking/meeting documentation, and follow-ups as assigned by Global CCOO. Assist with various special project initiatives, maintaining an awareness of deadlines, accompanying materials, and key deliverables. Project manage with aid from CCOO the Content Operations Quarterly Town Hall meetings including scheduling, agenda planning, run-throughs, and team-building events. Coordinate all follow-up actions. Organize company-wide programs such as Connect for Growth; goal setting, mid-year/annual performance reviews. This includes scheduling broader team check-in meetings. Aid in collaborating effectively with editorial leaders and internal partners such as Finance, the People team, and ELT Executive Admin. Minimum Requirements: College degree and 1-2 years combined internship/work experience providing administrative support, ideally in the digital media, content, or publishing industry. Proficiency in G-Suite. Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills – comfortable liaising with people at all levels across global borders. Strong written communication skills including grammar and proof-reading ability. Strong organizational and time-management skills including the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once while being extremely punctual, proactive, and deadline-oriented. Solutions-oriented with an ability to think on your feet and demonstrate personal accountability, initiative, and follow-through. Impeccable attention to detail. Confidence and enthusiasm balanced by humility and a willingness to learn. Experience working within a global organization is advantageous. This position's expected base salary range is $65,000-$75,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
