Position - Procurement Specialist
Location - Los Angeles, CA Full time Salary - $55k - $60k + Benefits Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin:
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China. Job Requirements:
Qualifications: Freight forwarding experience is required. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills across verbal, written, and phone interactions. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Fulfill domestic and international purchase requisitions based on customer inquiries. Provide timely responses to customer and overseas partner inquiries regarding products, pricing, and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors through regular visits as needed. Analyze market trends to secure competitive rates for freight forwarding and logistics services. Keep updated on international trade laws, market trends, and customs regulations, and inform operations and sales teams of any relevant updates. Assist with the development of sales proposals. Select and manage reliable logistics partners, ensuring timely deliveries and seamless operations by regularly evaluating their performance. Negotiate contracts and payment terms with vendors, ensuring they comply with all relevant laws and regulations. About Us:
