Indirect Sourcing Category Manager

Key Responsibilities: Leading sourcing for indirect categories (HR, legal, professional services, labor, etc.) Develop and implement category strategies to achieve cost savings and value creation. Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFP development, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly. Manage supplier relationships to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. Utilize procurement software such as Oracle and Ariba to streamline sourcing activities and ensure compliance. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive results. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sourcing or procurement experience with indirect categories. Proven experience with RFP processes and supplier negotiations. Deep understanding of category management principles and best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using procurement software such as Oracle and Ariba. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL 3 days a week
