Provider Success Learning Program Director
will lead the strategy, execution, maintenance, and communications of programs and resources designed to foster the growth and success of the Provider Success Field Team. This role emphasizes a comprehensive approach to curriculum development and understanding the nuances of Providers to drive success and talent development. As a lead trainer, this role will collaborate with both Field Team leadership and other business partners to drive improved Provider performance. How You Will Make an Impact: Leads training responsibilities by serving as a lead trainer to support the Provider Success strategy and the development of the Provider Success Field Team. Serves as subject matter expert applying deep knowledge in one or multiple operational areas to inform program strategies and decision-making. Performs new program/initiative vetting end to end to identify impacts for new programs as well as existing program changes. Develops and manages internal and external communications, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while conveying clear and consistent messages. Partners with various business units to guide and support the development, piloting, and execution of new solutions. This includes creating detailed process documentation. Leads both small and large-scale program initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution. Engage in special projects and manage smaller program deployments across the Provider Success Operations Team as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Requires BA/BS in business or related field and a minimum of 5 years health insurance industry experience; and 6 years program/project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: An MBA and PMP certification are strongly preferred. Direct experience with Providers is strongly preferred. Learning and Talent Development experience with training strongly preferred. Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Salary Range:
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $112,350 to $192,480. Locations:
