Gladman is licensed as a 40-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) providing sub-acute psychiatric treatment to adults 18 and older.

The Director of Rehab Services develops and supervises the therapeutic activity program with the goal of meeting the individualized recovery needs of members served. Responsible for supervising the Rehabilitation team and participates as a member of the clinical management team.

Shifts Available:

Full Time; AM 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $71,614.67 - $88,447.23. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

B.S./B.A. degree in Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy, Drama Therapy, Music Therapy, Dance Therapy, Art Therapy, or Vocational Counseling or related field Registered or eligible for registration as a

Recreational Therapist ,

Music Therapist ,

Art Therapist , or

Dance Therapist

from California Two (2) years of experience working in the rehabilitation field within behavioral health One (1) year of supervisory experience CA Driver's License
