As a BIOS QA engineer in UCS B-series Server Platform team, you will: Drive architecture and design discussions to ensure product quality. Write test plans and execute test cases independently. Contribute to automation scripting and evaluate technologies to further improve Cisco solutions. Provide constant feedback to hardware and software teams for improvements. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors with 7+ years of experience or Master’s with 4+ years of strong X86 server QA working experience. Experience with debugging BIOS, OS, hardware, and driver issues. Experience in shell or Python script programming and/or C/C++ programming language. Preferred Qualifications:

Skilled and an expert in Tiano based BIOS, memory sub-system, and ECC error handling. Knowledge of PCIE, SMBIOS, ACPI, IPMI, and UEFI. Experience in validation labs is ideal. Understanding of software quality assurance processes and methodologies. Knowledgeable in Windows, Linux, and VMWare and OS behaviors, and understand Networking. Why Cisco? #WeAreCisco.
