Job Title: Digital Social Media Analytics Specialist Position Type: Contingent upon contract award Location: 1500 Army Pentagon, Washington DC 20310 Job Summary: The Digital Social Media Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing digital social media campaigns to enhance the organization's online presence and engagement. This role requires expertise in leveraging social media analytics tools to track, measure, and report on social media performance. The individual will provide data-driven insights that guide content strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and support overall digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze social media trends, campaigns, and user behavior across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Use social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize social media campaigns and improve audience engagement. Create regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align social media strategies with business goals. Conduct competitive analysis to assess social media performance against industry benchmarks. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital engagement. Develop strategies to increase social media followers, enhance brand visibility, and improve audience interaction. Assist in the creation of digital content to ensure it aligns with social media strategies and resonates with target audiences. Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in strategic, tactical, and media communication at the communication level. Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.). Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective analytics features. Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies for improving social media performance. Experience in creating and presenting performance reports to key stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid social media strategies. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Specialized Work Experience:
