Legacy Mutual Mortgage is looking for a detail-oriented Information Technology Coordinator to assist in managing and supporting the daily operations of the IT department. This role involves coordinating IT services, providing hands-on technical support, and assisting with project management tasks to ensure that all technology systems operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will be an organized problem-solver with a strong customer service orientation and a foundational knowledge of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide front-line support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation when necessary. Install, configure, and maintain workstations, software, and peripheral devices. Perform regular maintenance and updates on company systems and applications. Assist in managing user accounts and access rights, including new user onboarding and account deactivations. IT Operations Coordination Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments, ensuring efficient communication and addressing any technology-related needs. Monitor and respond to IT helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of all requests. Track IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to facilitate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Project Assistance Support the IT Team Lead and IT Manager in project planning, documentation, and implementation. Help manage timelines and resources for IT projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. Assist in documenting and communicating project progress, deliverables, and post-project evaluations. Documentation & Compliance Maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, procedures, and support records for internal knowledge-sharing and compliance purposes. Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and relevant industry standards. Requirements

Education & Experience

2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role. Experience with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Technical Skills

Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals. Familiarity with user account management and IT helpdesk software. Basic knowledge of IT asset management and compliance with licensing agreements. Understanding of project management principles and experience supporting IT projects. Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. High level of organization and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and liaise between departments. Additional Requirements

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and industry standards. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
