This is your chance to oversee a leading mixed-use destination encompassing
retail, entertainment, and parking garage components . You will ensure operations run seamlessly while delivering world-class customer experiences, creating new revenue opportunities, and upholding the distinguished standards of this luxury Miami Property which is home to over 2,000 residents + 40 retailers.
You will be the champion of operational excellence, supporting tenant relations, leasing objectives, marketing strategies, and security protocols while ensuring the property achieves its full potential as a marquee destination.
Lead day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, marketing, specialty leasing, and budgeting. Develop and execute long-term strategic business plans to grow NOI, manage expenses, and enhance the overall asset value. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring lease compliance and fostering collaboration on events, marketing, and promotion strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (leasing, development, risk management, marketing, etc.) to meet corporate goals. Plan and deliver experiential marketing and community events to maximize engagement. Oversee property accounting, including reporting, CAM reconciliations, and forecasting. Manage vendor contracts, performance standards, and security frameworks to create a best-in-class experience. Recruit, train, and mentor an exceptional property management team while fostering a culture of collaboration Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or Hospitality). A Master's degree is a plus. Experience:
7-10+ years in property/asset management with at least 3 years managing
retail entertainment venues . Mixed-use or commercial real estate experience is highly preferred. Must reside in a commutable distance to Downtown Miami Must be Authorized to work in the US This role requires a high level of dedication and flexibility, with the expectation of working beyond the standard 40-hour workweek. Proven track record of success in financial operations, tenant relations, capital planning, and leasing strategies. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and empower teams. Adept communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a mindset centered around innovation and customer satisfaction. Proficiency in property management software such as
Yardi
and
Angus . Florida Real Estate License
and certifications such as
IREM, BOMA, CCIM, or ICSC
are advantageous. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Benefits
