The Senior Marketing Specialist will play a key leadership role on a regional marketing team supporting multiple markets. This role requires a highly collaborative approach, involving partnerships across business segments and corporate functions. The ideal candidate not only is highly creative and versatile but also excels in writing and clear communication, translating complex data into compelling collateral for diverse audiences. Responsibilities: Manage all marketing needs for high-producing leasing teams including proposals, presentations, property marketing for premier assets, and other comprehensive deliverables within strict deadlines while ensuring alignment with the established strategy and vision. Plan and execute marketing campaigns for broker’s property listings; develop and track budget. Drive regional business development efforts for additional business lines, connect Lincoln’s national platform resources, and increase client awareness and engagement with Lincoln brand in local markets. Support ground-up development marketing efforts including: coordinate with third-party vendors where marketing creative is outsourced, communications/creative development for construction milestones, create bi-weekly development/leasing activity reports for all active developments, participate in calls with asset management teams. Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels and collateral materials, driving effective and cohesive marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide social media training sessions and educational seminars to empower brand ambassadors and boost employee advocacy. Assist with local PR and internal communications as needed. Desired Competency, Experience and Skills: 7+ years of marketing experience in a professional services environment 2+ years of commercial real estate experience preferred Capacity to write and generate content with strong editing and proofreading skills with an emphasis on business writing and an understanding of articulating client value Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis, well organized, excellent time management skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to interface with top level executives. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and CRM platforms including Hubspot Experience in full Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus This position is
