ROLE SUMMARY: High End Mega Brands Manager is responsible for supporting the Region High End Director in localizing brand plans, initiatives and programs specific to High End Mega Brands Stella Artois, Kona Big Wave and Estrella Jalisco. In addition, the role will be involved in the annual one year planning, strategy cascades to both internal and external stakeholders, and organizing routines to stay on track with priority initiatives. Working with the CSO, Commercial Strategy Office, to drive execution and results for the High End Mega Brands. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Support regional brand strategy and plans for Stella Artois, Kona Big Wave and Estrella Jalisco. Support High End Director in annual planning ideation, strategy refinement, and cascading of plan to both internal and external stakeholders. Manage business cycle routines including weekly, monthly and quarterly processes. Uncover learnings and best practices within region to drive shared awareness and improved execution of key initiatives. Manage spending and tracking of brand commercial budgets. Drive brand performance of net revenue, market share, and executional growth. Engage and inspire internal and external colleagues and stakeholders within the region. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree required. 3-4 years sales and/or marketing experience. In-depth knowledge of regional marketing and sales organization. Strong communication skills, both internal and external. Proficiency in Excel, AB internal system tools (IRI), and PowerPoint; to include presentation design and crafting narratives out of data. Experience in coordinating and executing brand trade programs. Experience running retail programs and in-store activations. Experience in innovation, product development and/or project management.
