great pay and benefits! Job Summary: Always ensures Site compliance with Title 5 & Title 22 regulations. Provide direction, administrative support, and training to all staff. Collaborate with families and the community to assure high-quality early childhood education standards - Maintaining a rating of Tier 5. Summary of essential job functions Education: Ensure implementation and compliance with all Early Head Start (EHS), Quality Preschool Initiative (QPI), California State Preschool Program (CSPP), and General Child Care and Development (CCTR) education requirements. Support and train teachers on all policies and procedures relating to program compliance. Monitor and ensure a high quality of delivery for all areas listed below and ensure a Tier 5 QRIS ratings at your program site. Daily Operations: Provide support, assistance and training to all teaching staff and Assistant Directors. Address all levels of concerns from staff and families and ensure compliance with rules and regulations in relation to the field of Early Childhood Education. Ensure effective daily operations and oversight including staffing and maintaining classroom ratios. Requirements Master’s degree with 30 units core ECE OR one of the following: Bachelor's Degree in ECE / CD Master's Degree in ECE / CD (BA OR MA) AND Site Supervisor Permit (BA OR MA) AND Program Director Permit (BA OR MA) AND Teaching Credential AND 8 units of Management / Administration OR Administrative Credential Physical Requirements Ability to work at various locations, as needed Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 35 pounds to support children Ability to bend and squat to interact with children
