Role Overview: Within the Corporate Marketing department, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Product Owner who is a collaborative leader energized to enable a modern marketing foundation that will power connected, data-driven personalized experiences to help solve business problems and best support our agent field force and customers. This role will require digital marketing experience with a specialization in enabling data-driven recommendations, activations, and insights using modern segmentation platforms, marketing clean rooms, and omni-channel platforms. This role also will be responsible for creating and delivering a clear enablement strategy, set of requirements, and driving delivery of actionable marketing consumer profiles. This will require the ability to partner with, facilitate, and influence cross-functional teams to ensure the delivered features appropriately help the business achieve prioritized outcomes. What great looks like in this role: Passionate, team-oriented strategic problem solver with people management experience Understanding of how to enable, and apply modern marketing technologies to solve business problems and enable efficiencies across Advertising & Marketing technologies Partner with Business Leads and Product Managers to activate data-driven experiences Demonstrate a hybrid of business, design, technical, and data acumen Understand business strategies and identify well-defined features and business requirements Groom and manage the backlog, as well as drive and facilitate an efficient Agile Delivery process to deliver against a well-defined plan – ensure all partners are represented and engaged Identify problems, opportunities, and trade-off decisions, and articulate a perspective/recommendation to resolve Document and maintain components of Marketing’s business reference architecture What You’ll Do: Digital Product Feature Planning & Management:

Partner with Business Leads to understand the business strategy, impact, and OKRs, and Product Managers to understand product vision & roadmap, persona needs, persona journeys & flows. Collaborate with Product Managers to shape product features and overarching backlog. Digital Product Delivery Management:

Lead delivery processes and manage the corresponding digital product backlogs, detailed delivery plans, and execution. Responsible for identifying and raising delivery risks, mitigation options, and trade-off recommendations for alignment and decisioning with key stakeholders while balancing expectations and technical feasibility. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

Partner with the User Acceptance Testing team to ensure digital products meet required standards and expectations. Lead test case creation – ensuring test scripts prioritize important functionality and journeys. Prioritize defects and provide clear communication and resolution strategies to ensure timely and effective fixes. In some instances, execute test scripts and support reporting. Digital Product Activation & Operationalization:

Collaborate with Business Leads and Product Managers to determine appropriate migration and adoption plans for modern data segmentation and activation platforms that minimize risks to ongoing activations. Provide input into training, communication plans, and documentation to aid smooth adoption and maximum impact. Business-led Configuration Management:

As necessary, lead platform configuration activities to enable net-new capabilities for business users, Product Designers, Product Managers and Digital Operation teams to use and launch new experiences and enhancements. Ecosystem Maturity:

Based on a deep understanding of the business strategy and digital product roadmap, proactively assess the ecosystem's capabilities and external vendor landscape to recommend strategic improvement opportunities. Platform/Tool Selection and Vendor Management:

Partner with Business Leads, Product Designers, Product Managers, and Technology to facilitate RFPs, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of platform capabilities, cost-effectiveness, scalability, and vendor reliability. Collaborate with platform vendors to influence base product roadmaps to meet needs and goals. People Management:

Lead a team of product owners, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Provide coaching, guidance, and skill development opportunities to ensure the team meets strategic goals. Foundational Capabilities Enablement Strategy & Roadmap:

Identify new and modern marketing capabilities that should be explored and then partner with Business Leads and Product Managers to assess potential value to create a well-thought-through recommendation and roadmap. What You’ll Bring: Experience in enabling modern MarTech and AdTech platforms and capabilities (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, equivalent modern platforms) Experience with enabling Marketing platforms that can deliver effective content and data-driven next-best action recommendations Proven ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to document and socialize Marketing Ecosystem strategy – specializing in data-driven capabilities Background in migrating from traditional Marketing Automation platforms to modern segmentation & omni-channel platforms Understanding of key consumer privacy regulations that impact Marketing activations Detail-oriented leader, strategic problem solver Facilitate cross-functional teams and drive consensus Manage, mentor, and guide team members through professional and personal growth Manage multiple initiatives and balance the need to work strategically and hands-on Strong verbal and written communications combined with business, technical, design, and data acumen Self-starter, comfortable with navigating ambiguity Strong negotiating and consulting skills Education & Background Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years specializing in digital marketing product delivery using Agile/Scrum/SAFe Pay Transparency Salary Range: $122,500 - $180,000 Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
