California and Nevada (Various Locations)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute high-volume catering events both onsite and at various venues.
Oversee all aspects of catering operations, including food preparation, presentation, and delivery.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at every event.
Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
Collaborate with clients to customize menus and accommodate special dietary needs.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume catering, preferably in the food service industry.
Proven experience in both onsite and venue catering.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable personal vehicle provided for transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours with open availability; no set schedule.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Food handler's certification (preferred).
