Major Responsibilities Drive review, enhancement, and edits of submitted Incidents related to breakdown in a reporting process Be proactive & liaise across business functions, Risk/Regulatory Reporting teams, Technology teams, Chief Data Office in furtherance of Incident & Problem Management procedure implementation and execution Demonstrate strong communication skills with email communications, slide edits and conducting meetings with other business function leads to request their acknowledgement to be Owner of escalated Problems/Issues requiring remediation and continue follow up if other alternate contacts are provided Are Data focused and understand data & technology infrastructure (data flows, data warehouses, Enterprise Data Management Architecture, etc.) Create supporting statements for severity/materiality assignments of Incidents citing specific Policy reference and perform continuous follow-up with stakeholders if requisite facts are missing Conduct detailed reviews of Descriptions, Root Cause writeups, etc. to decipher and separate into appropriate fields to enhance clarity of presented Incidents for management review Training stakeholders across business functions on procedure and standards around Reporting Incidents & Problems Generate support for Reporting Incident population to document reconciliations, roll forward, send confirmation requests to Risk/Regulatory teams, and provide summarized presentations to management Build and maintain process and control documents to maintain audit-trail for future requests and investigation Develop subject matter expertise in Reporting including policy, Incident & Problem Management standard, and procedures Qualifications 2-5 years of experience including 2 years of reg and risk reporting, Data analysis experience desired 2-5 years of experience in the financial institution desired Microsoft Excel & MS PowerPoint proficient (Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, Sumif, Macros) MS Access proficient (create, edit queries and tables, create data connections to excel) desired Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or related or a combination of experience and education. The typical base pay range for this role is between $105K - $134K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
