The role of the Talent Development Intern is to support team member service and performance, content management, and refine online resources. This individual will audit educational content within an online database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
The Talent Development Intern is an integral part of a collaborative learning experience team responsible for the internal communication at ACU. This individual will review, analyze, and promote educational resources.
Start Date/Duration:
This internship is part-time (approximately 37.5 hours per week) and temporary (10 weeks ).
The program begins on May 27, 2025 and runs through August 1, 2025. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00.
The Talent Development Intern will...
- Collaborate with mentors and subject matter experts to refine existing content to fit the voice and branding of ACU.
- Audit content to reduce duplication and redundancy.
- Assist with the editing and refinement of database content and courses.
- Educate stakeholders on best practices regarding the creation of educational content for ACU's database.
- Recommend innovative ways of using technology and delivering content.
- Analyze reports of content usage from database.
- Test, research, and explore potential platform options for advanced education resources.
- Showcase the following skills: organized, detail- oriented, advanced verbal/written communication skills, able to work well with others, and able to teach/instruct others to meet industry standards.
