Senior Electrical Engineer

We are looking for Sr. Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in down-hole wireline logging tool development. This engineer will be responsible for designing new products for down-hole tools and surface equipment.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree of electrical engineering, master degree is a plus

Experiences

8+ year experience with down-hole logging tool design for oil & gas service company

Responsibilities

• develop every aspect of the electronics for downhole and surface products ranging from physics sensors to the system's firmware, wiring diagram, data acquisition design, digital signal processing, motor control, power supplies, and signal digitalization.

• perform direct testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
• generate test procedures and test reports consistent with engineering policies and procedure.

Key Skills

• High temperature electronics development experience in down-hole products.

• Excellent technical understanding of digital/analog circuit design and embedded systems.

• Proficient in C/C++/FPGA(Verilog or VHDL) programming.

• Proficient in lab test equipment.

• Experience with power supply design, or motor control is a plus.

• Experience with PCB soldering is a plus
