Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Electronic Materials Solutions Division supporting global product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Support NPI, commercialization, and manufacture of products for the global interconnect and data center markets by partnering with local and global design teams.
- Lead and execute product design reviews, FMEAs, and test method development to drive quality initiatives.
- Manage and facilitate the global Change Management Process (CMP) to ensure successful change implementation.
- Identify product quality and continuous improvement opportunities, prioritizing and executing key programs.
- Collaborate with laboratory and global manufacturing teams to ensure consistent metrology and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a STEM discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Manufacturing Engineering or Product Engineering with Quality responsibility.
- Experience in manufacturing and quality requirements in a high-tech industry.
- Expertise in statistical insights, including design, analysis, and software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Experience with direct customer interactions in a high-tech industry.
