We expanding our Homebuilder business and are looking for an experienced builder salesperson to work with homebuilder sales and purchasing staff in the residential tract building sector. Looking for a strong sales candidate with existing builder relationships. This person is responsible for bringing in bid opportunities and matching builder needs along with Company capabilities.
The successful candidate will have a high relational IQ, be results-oriented working in a successful team environment.
KPS has been in business for over 30 years and currently does business in Northern and Southern California. Our mission is to protect and enhance lives! in 2023 our low voltage business was recognized as the 5th largest (by volune) in the nation by CE Pro magazine. KPS provides security, audiovisual, home theatre, home automation, job site automated security, fire alarm, fire sprinklers, etc. to home builders and their buyers.
Must have builder good established builder relationships. Paid great commission on top of base salary and benefits.
