Job Description Summary
Under general supervision this position performs general office support involving routine and similar clerical duties requiring general knowledge of basic office systems and procedures in a high volume area.

Minimum Education:
  • High school education or an equivalent required.
  • An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
Minimum Experience/Training:
  • One year office experience preferred.
Essential Functions:
  • Daily- 50%: Performs general office support or clerical support to a work area.
  • Daily- 30%: Takes messages, greets and directs others to appropriate person for assistance.
  • Daily -15%: Prepares routine documents. Faxes, photocopies, and prepares materials.
  • Other, As Needed -5%: Performs related duties as assigned.
