Quality Control Lead

Staffmark is currently hiring for the position of Quality Control Lead in Monroe, Ohio. Pay: $17 to $19 per hour

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

This role includes performing inspections to ensure that quality standards are met, and ensuring products are produced in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. You will also be responsible for selecting the appropriate packaging and labeling samples for further production or outside delivery. Additionally, you will represent the company's mission of providing high-quality, cost-effective business communication solutions.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in a similar QC position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Acrobat Pro, PSI/MIS/ERP, and Prestige.
• Strong knowledge of quality regulations, company workflow, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage, coach, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Experience with mailing job processes (Letter Shop Instructions, Matching Mailing).
• High school diploma/GED required; BS/AA or college coursework preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and sit, stand, or walk up to 50% of the time.
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in multi-tasking, following instructions, and communicating quality issues.
• Familiar with ANSI inspection standards, and using tools like densitometers, spectrophotometers, and paper calipers.
• Follow ISO Quality Procedures and complete required documentation.
