Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making? We are seeking a dynamic Associate Sourcing Analyst in Gallo’s Direct Sourcing department. In this role, you will develop and evaluate cost models based on comprehensive financial data extracted from industry research, current spending data, and commodity supply analyses. Your insights will be integral to our Management's decision-making process, and you will be responsible for the collection, organization, analysis, and presentation of essential information. As a key member of our team, you will collect, organize, and analyze data from both internal and external sources to identify major expenditures, key items, savings opportunities, and price variances. You will maintain a detailed database for commodity categories, containing essential business information such as market consumption history, leading suppliers, and industry trends. Your deep understanding of commodity industries will enable you to develop supplier cost and pricing models, conduct thorough financial analyses, and provide valuable insights into market factors and supply chain dynamics. In addition to your analytical skills, you will play a crucial role in post-contract data analysis, ensuring compliance levels, validating savings estimates, and addressing specific issues through ad hoc analyses. You will assist Management in compiling comprehensive reports that detail variances between budgeted and actual expenditures, monitor supplier performance, and develop project presentations that communicate risks, opportunities, and procurement strategies clearly. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of experience in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain position reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. What Will Set You Apart Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science plus 2 years of experience in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain related position reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Computer skill requirements include basic MS Word, Access, and PowerPoint; intermediate MS Excel. Skilled at solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Skilled at applying established procedures to situations that are non-routine in nature requiring some evaluation, originality, or ingenuity. Compensation: Hiring Salary Range Posted: $26.63 - $39.90 / hour Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
