Job Description

The Recruitment Consultant will:

• Source candidates in the manufacturing space to find high value targets for our clients
• Work directly with candidates to help them make the next step in their career
• Manage expectations and coach candidates through the interview process
• Collaborate with team to fill open roles with qualified candidates
• Obtain new clients through business development practices
• Work directly with clients to understand their culture and desired employees for their workforce
• Find ideal candidates based on client requests

The Successful Applicant

The successful Recruitment Consultant:

• Hard-working, motivated sales person
• 2+ year of previous sales or recruitment experience
• Fast-learner willing to accept feedback
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Works well in a team

• Base salary between 65-85k which increases based on performance
