Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. As a Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across various channels to achieve our clients' marketing objectives. You will be responsible for negotiating rates, selecting optimal media placements, organizing creative, and monitoring campaign performance to maximize ROI.

You will be responsible for negotiating rates, selecting optimal media placements, organizing creative, and monitoring campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Media Planning & Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive media plans aligned with company goals and budget constraints.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences and select the most effective media channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams and integrate ad creatives into data-driven media plans to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
- Conduct audience research and develop media strategies tailored to specific KPIs and business goals.
- Media Buying & Execution
- Manage media budgets efficiently and track expenses to ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Set up and manage campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking tools, such as pixels, UTMs, and Google Tag Manager, to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Stay updated on ad platform best practices and policies to maintain compliance and maximize performance.
- Negotiate competitive rates and secure optimal media placements with various media vendors.
- Optimization & Performance Management
- Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness and proactively make real-time adjustments to achieve campaign goals.
- Execute A/B testing and advanced optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Reporting & Insights
- Generate actionable recommendations from analytics and present clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Leverage tools like Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and platform-specific dashboards to create comprehensive performance reports
- Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of media placements.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors promptly and professionally.
- Compensation: Base Wage $75,000 - $85,000 annually.

- Education: High school diploma
- 5 Or more years of professional experience managing and optimizing campaigns independently, applying expertise in PPC, SEM, and paid social strategies.
- Demonstrated hands-on, expert level of campaign management on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic DSPs.
- Education: Post Secondary Degree.
- Experience working with a catalog of 10,000 or more products.
- Traditional print media buying and rate negotiation.
