Job Description
- Site Management: Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is progressing according to schedule and project plans.
- Supervision of Personnel: Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site labor, providing guidance and ensuring that all workers follow safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction processes to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating timelines for various phases of construction to ensure timely completion.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the project manager, clients, and subcontractors, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues that arise on-site, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
