Job Summary
The RN Quality Coordinator Heart Center supports the quality initiatives for the Heart Services program including cardiology, interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, cardiac anesthesia and pediatric critical care through outcomes database management and data analysis. Provides a wide range of support for the database by working closely with administration, managers, physicians, nurses, end users and vendors. As the internal subject matter expert, assist with the utilization of the clinical data to generate and encourage process improvements and to accuracy report clinical outcomes. The RN Quality Coordinator is a highly motivated, self-directed cardiovascular nurse with strong time management skills, who is able to adjust priorities based on work demands, changes in workload and/or programmatic requirements and goals.
