Position Summary: The Supplier Quality Engineering II is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities related to supplier's quality. This individual will support the Quality Department and Purchasing Departments with supplier selection, quality performance, and nonconforming material activities.

Position Responsibilities: Responsible for evaluating and selecting new and existing suppliers against established QMS performance requirements and ethical standards. Manages and updates the Supplier Quality performance system with ERP/Quality Software. Periodically prepares reports and communicates with suppliers, Sechan Departments, and Sechan Leadership on the performance of suppliers. Evaluates the impact of nonconforming product, assesses supplier corrective actions, and drives "Zero Defect" mentality within the supply base. Plans, performs and maintains supplier and sub-tier supplier audits, source inspections and surveillances, writes audit action item reports and performs on-site action item follow-up Participates in evaluation and disposition nonconforming material through Material Review Board. Responsible for managing and reviewing Supplier Corrective Action Reports Responsible for maintaining quality flow down requirements and ensuring supplier conformance. Review Supplier AS9102 First Article Inspection reports as well as training suppliers to meet Sechan and AS9102 requirements. Interfaces with customer quality representatives including Program Quality, Customer Source Inspectors and Government personnel to resolve supplier quality issues. Support Management through creation, improvement, and maintaining of processes and procedures. Performs tasks required to act as corporate Subject Matter Expert (SME). Possible areas: PWB, Soldering, CMM, GIDEP, Reliability and Maintainability (RAM), Aegis software, or IFS software. Support bidding activities and proposal writing as assigned. Executes all duties in an ethical and professional manner. Performs other duties as assigned to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of this organization.

Ability to complete a wide range of tasks of moderate complexity using advanced technical judgement and critical thinking. Excellent customer service skills and focus required. Technical drawing knowledge and usage of standard measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gages, etc) Knowledge of statistics, probability, algebra and scientific notation. Experience computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and databases.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent; or 15+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in lieu of degree combined with a demonstrated track-record of accomplishments and with satisfying customer's requirements. 5 years of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience required combined with a demonstrated track-record of accomplishments and with satisfying customer's requirements. Professional Association license or certification (ASQ) preferred. Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and manufacturing of harness or electro-mechanical assemblies. Knowledge of International Quality System rules, regulations, standards, including planning and implementation. Current or prior certifications of electronics standards such as IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 (Class 3) is preferred Experience working on DOD programs or meeting Military Specified Requirements. Ability to obtain/maintain a Department of Defense security clearance. Ability to pass vision acuity exam per J-STD-001.

Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Engineer II manages and supports daily activities for all quality aspects related to circuit card assembly, cables, and electro-mechanical assembly for specific program(s) or for a specific Customer's contract(s).

Position Responsibilities: Manages all of the Quality Assurance requirements of assigned projects including but not limited to Contract and Requirements Reviews, Quality Planning, Control Plans, First Article Inspection (FAI), Floor Support, Product Release, and Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS). Plan, develop, and executes processes to ensure projects operate in accordance with AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Assurance related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), customer contractual requirements, Quality Clauses, FARs, and DFARs. Creates necessary plans, procedures, reports, and presentations to communicate with internal and external customers. Evaluate and disposition nonconforming material through Material Review Board (MRB). Responsible for managing Customer Complaints and documenting Root Cause, and Corrective Action Reports for assigned projects. Monitoring of Customer QA Portals Conduct AS9102 FAI including interpretation of Technical Data Package (TDP) with drawings, part lists, Engineering Changes (EC), variances. Attends and represent quality for project related meetings and activities as applicable (internal/external). Interfaces with customer quality representatives including Program Quality, Customer Source Inspectors and Government personnel on all matters of contract acceptance, product acceptance, and shipping. Support Management through creation, improvement, and maintaining of processes and procedures. Manage, develop and write project related Quality Assurance Contract Data Requirements Listing (CDRL), Subcontract Data Requirements Listing (SDRL), and Product Acceptance documentation. Work with project team to develop and write plans, procedures, and reports for items including Qualification Testing, Design Verification Testing, Environmental Stress Screening Testing, Reliability and Maintainability, System Safety, Human Factors, and Hazardous Material Management. Job Title: Test Technician II FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Test EEO: 3: Technician Reports To: Test Manager

Position Summary: The test technician II will test, troubleshoot, repair and modify developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems, such as computer equipment, and test equipment, applying principles and theories of electronics, electronic circuitry, and electronic systems testing.

Position Responsibilities: Test electronic units, using standard test equipment, and analyze results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment. Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Read blue prints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions for assembling electronic units, applying knowledge of electronics theory and components. Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working independently or with engineers. Identify complex problems and evaluate options to implement a solution. Maintain system logs and manuals to document testing and operation of equipment. Assemble, test, and maintain test equipment or electronic systems according to engineering instructions. Maintain inventory of test equipment, related documentation, and location of equipment. Maintain working knowledge of test equipment, tools or software by attending workshops or other training. Watch gauges, dials, and other indicators to make sure machines, environmental chambers, and electronic equipment is working properly. Determine the type of tools and equipment needed to perform a specific job. Ability to troubleshoot failures to component level. Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment. Skills & Abilities: Knowledge and ability to use a wide variety of hand tools, measuring devices, lab standards, and test equipment. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Windows. Knowledgeable in electronics and computer equipment, testing and processing, and troubleshooting circuit components. Qualifications: An associate's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or military training. 3+ years of related work experience. Demonstrated ability to operate test systems, test equipment, computer systems and trouble shoot. Demonstrated ability utilizing test software and platforms. Ability to use a wide variety of hand tools, measuring devices, lab standards, and test equipment. Ability to obtain/maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.

Work Environment: Production Environment: Requires physical capability to work in a production environment up to 9 hours a day including; sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities including; close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 9/80 work schedule. Office located in Lititz, PA
