As a Manager/Consultant within our Healthcare Provider Consulting Practice, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning and implementation of workforce management solutions for our healthcare clients. With a focus on the UKG Workforce Solution, you will leverage your deep industry expertise and technological insight to drive transformative outcomes, enhance operational efficiencies, and ensure the delivery of patient-centered care. Your primary responsibilities may include:
* Enterprise Function Integration
* Support engagements with healthcare providers by assessing workforce management needs, identifying operational gaps, and contributing to tailored solution designs.
* Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for deploying UKG Workforce Management Solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
* Strategic Program Management * Act as a subject matter expert on workforce management technologies, particularly UKG Workforce Solution, providing guidance on system optimization and feature utilization.
* Manage the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans, ensuring project milestones are met.
* Identify potential risks and work with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.
* Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management * Ensure workforce management solutions adhere to healthcare regulations and standards, providing support on compliance matters.
* Assist clients in understanding regulatory changes and integrating compliance requirements into workforce strategies.
* Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement * Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improving workforce management processes, enhancing efficiency, and reducing labor costs.
* Use data analytics to generate insights into workforce trends and performance, supporting process improvement initiatives.
* Data Analytics and Reporting * Support the development of dashboards and reports to track workforce management performance and provide actionable insights.
* Present findings to client teams, helping to inform strategy and operational improvements.
* Team Leadership and Development * Mentor junior consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
* Provide feedback and coaching to team members, supporting their professional development and project contributions.
* Thought Leadership and Industry Engagement * Stay informed about workforce management trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements, particularly related to UKG.
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through case studies or presentations, enhancing the firm's expertise and reputation.

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management, with a significant focus on healthcare provider organizations.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience with proven expertise in the planning, implementation, and optimization of UKG Workforce Management Solutions.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
