Junior
IT Systems Administrator
to be part of an energetic and motivated corporate team. The Jr. Systems Administrator will work directly with our management team in support of technology initiatives and business tasks. This is an ideal position for an individual who has a desire to learn and grow as an IT systems administrator with focus on compliance and cybersecurity.
Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to customer incident reports / service requests from ticketing system, phone calls, walk up Provide user support via deskside and remote troubleshooting Support variety of SaaS applications (licensing, provisioning, access requests) Prepare and deliver iOS, Android, Windows equipment through MDM solution Maintain On-Premises environment (physical hardware and virtual appliances) Maintain Cloud-Based environments including tenant administration Create, implement, and document IT solutions Perform necessary compliance documentation and record keeping Minimum Requirements:
IT related Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years' experience in a customer facing IT role CompTIA A+ certification or can demonstrate comparable IT experience Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance Intermediate level troubleshooting skills Basic to Intermediate level networking skills Experience working with Active Directory and Group Policy Experience working with MDM Desired Skills/Qualifications:
CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ Experience operating within a corporate IT department Familiarity with defense contracting Compliance requirements (DFARS, NIST, CMMC) Knowledge of Powershell, Entra, Sharepoint, Exchange, RMM, MDR
