Take charge of projects that ensure groundbreaking innovations are protected, enabling the next generation of technological and scientific advancements. Key Skills We're looking for candidates with expertise in: Technical Proficiency:
At least 2 years of experience as a patent associate or patent agent, with a background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, data science, or physics. Analytical Abilities:
Proven ability to prepare and prosecute patent applications, draft office action responses, and make persuasive arguments before the USPTO. Leadership:
Ability to manage complex portfolios, working effectively under deadlines to achieve client objectives. Communication:
Superior oral, written, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with inventors, clients, and colleagues. Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of rapidly evolving technology and life sciences sectors, translating cutting-edge concepts into strong IP protection. What We're Looking For Your success starts with your skills and experience. Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role: Experience:
At least 2+ years as a patent associate or patent agent. Skills:
USPTO registration number is required. Ability to draft patent applications and respond to office actions with persuasive argumentation. Education:
A J.D. (for associates) and/or a technical degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, data science, or physics. Superior academic credentials are a must. Mindset:
