TITLE:

INNOVATION PATHWAYS ADMINISTRATOR

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Innovation Pathways Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the Innovative Pathways Program within the district. The Administrator will coordinate initiatives, facilitate communication across departments, and ensure that all programs are aligned with district goals. The position requires close collaboration with faculty, students, community partners, and administrators.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide leadership and oversight for the creation and implementation of Innovative Pathways Programs designed to enhance student learning and engagement. Collaborate with district staff, including teachers administrators, and department coordinators, to identify and implement cutting-edge educational strategies and tools. Coordinate student registration for innovation pathways programs and ensure smooth logistics for program rollouts. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the innovation pathways programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve student outcomes. Promote the innovation initiatives through communication with parents, students, and the community, and coordinate efforts to publicize upcoming events or projects. Create and manage schedules for innovation-related activities, ensuring alignment with district priorities and resources. Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent or School Committee. SKILLS/ABILITY:

Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, and administrators. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate reporting, presentations, and general coordination of initiatives. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES and/or DEGREE REQUIREMENTS:

Experience working in traditional and vocational settings preferred. Familiarity innovation pathways programs. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the School Committee may find appropriate and acceptable.

SALARY: $ 2,000 flat stipend for the term of the position, funded by the FY25 FC419 IP Grant, subject to grant funding

OUR MISSION:

The Bellingham Public School District's enrollment is approximately 1,930 students and an organizational staff of 400 employees. The district is split into the following building grade levels: DiPietro Elementary (Preschool - Grade 3), Stall Brook Elementary (Preschool - Grade 3) Bellingham Memorial School (grades 4-7) and Bellingham High School (grades 8-12), and Keough Memorial Academy (grades 7-12) is our therapeutic day school for students with special needs.
