Experience working in a regulated environment, with health authorities or with government agencies from a supporting a MedTech company perspective. College Degree is not essential. Role profile: Business Analyst/Project Lead A problem-solver who bridges the gap between the business requirements and technical solutions.

A project manager, able to lead a small team to deliver successful projects on time, within budget, and to specification. Responsibilities: Business Analyst Understand *** Business:Understand *** Business requirements related to Label and Artwork Management via stakeholder engagement. Understand today's Business Processes related to Label and Artwork management, how things are done, what challenges exist, and the future goals of Solventum. Continuous improvement:Use research and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. Communication:Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements. Project Management Project Planning:Agree project scope, set goals and objectives, and establish a clear plan for delivery. Agile execution: Execute AGILE process to deliver enhancements in accordance with *** priorities. Resource Management:Manage Business Analysts/Developers to deliver agreed priorities. Ensure resources are used effectively and efficiently throughout the project lifecycle. Communication: Communicate release and change management to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and expectations are managed. Validation Execute required Validation of changes in accordance with Solventum Global Test Management, including but not limited to: Requirements/User Stories/Acceptance criteria: Collaborate with stakeholders to define/refine/maintain user requirements, associated user stories and acceptance criteria including associated maintenance in JIRA/Qtest. Test Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define/refine/maintain Test scenarios including associated maintenance in Qtest. Test Execution: Execution of Testing in Qtest. Validation documentation: Writing and Publishing associated Validation Plans and Reports. Please note that: Team size is small (2 developers), therefore successful candidate will need to flex across Project Management, team leadership and be prepared to progress specific validation work including authoring documents, performing testing and verification work. Expectation is that candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time focussed on Loftware Smartflow as a technical lead with the remainder open for Project Management in the Labelling space.

Possiblity for Travel: Travel would be limited in nature, but the candidate would need to be prepared to do so if needed based on project requirements. Dependant on where the candidate is based and if required to travel it may well be domestic, there may be exceptions where travel may be in APAC or EMEA but all would be related to specific projects. In the near term (3-6mths) I'd expect little/no need to travel, flexibility is key however as priorities change. Project Management: Project management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects, including defining scope, setting timelines, managing resources, and mitigating risks. Collaboration and leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members to meet project goals. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines, as well as the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts and technologies. Stakeholder management: Proficient in managing and influencing stakeholders at various levels, including clients, business leaders, project sponsors, and team members, to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
