They will be required to lead a small team, whilst leading the development of Pardot within the Marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness and contribute to achieving our ambitious targets. The successful candidate, who will report into the Director, Marketing Performance, will be required to lead and collaborate with a range of senior stakeholders to enhance our usage of automation via Pardot, whilst also effectively developing usage of our wider range of marketing technologies. They will be required to focus on the most impactful tasks that will make a key contribution to our long-term success. Main Responsibilities Be the product lead for Marketing technology platforms
Asana, GlobalMeet, Cognism and Pardot , continuously identifying opportunities to increase impact and maximise investments in technology. Build and lead the roadmap for Pardot enhancements within the department, enhancing opportunities for effective campaigns to generate audience interest in products and services. Work with Marketing Analytics to use a data-led approach to innovation. Working with senior stakeholders to identify the most impactful operational changes, using a range of analytical approaches to prioritise effectively. Identify and implement new marketing technologies where required. Manage a small team, ensuring personal development plans are in place and delegating tasks. Proactivity in developing processes, identifying trends with ad-hoc requests to build a roadmap for improvements. Enhance Asana analytics for team efficiencies and identifying opportunities for optimisation. Develop and maintain MarTech documentation. Ensure the Marketing department are using technology effectively, facilitating training and processes where required. Align with privacy and procurement to ensure agreement for new processes and GDPR compliance. Identify and develop usage of Artificial Intelligence within the Marketing Operations team, with a particular focus on how Salesforce Einstein enhances effective marketing campaigns. Keep up to date with industry developments, acting accordingly where appropriate to maximise usage of data and technology. About You To be successful in this role you will be an experienced leader with
at least 7 years' experience
in the Marketing Operations space. You should have extensive experience in leading the development of how Marketing email automation software is used, whilst also demonstrating examples of enhancing operational processes to increase impact and effectiveness. You will require experience of working with a range of senior stakeholders to identify the most impactful projects, whilst being hands-on with technology. Expert in using
Pardot
for automation and utilising lead scoring. Holder of Pardot certification. Proven experience working in a B2B marketing role. Experience of using a range of Marketing technology tools, with examples of new implementations. Experience managing global teams with diverse skill sets. Experience in building, mentoring and coaching a team whilst building personal development plans for career growth. Strong experience in leadership & change management. Strong experience of using AI to develop use of technology within a Marketing department. Experience of using Salesforce. Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to focus on the highest value tasks which will drive the biggest impact. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience with onboarding and supporting RFP processes for new Marketing technologies. Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to understand the impact of projects. Ability to translate business objectives into goals, operational requirements and measurements. Demonstrated experience of senior stakeholder management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively & drive innovation.
